I have heard that this particular bridge was haunted but always scoffed at the idea. After seeing what I did I am certainly a believer.

Comment by Carolina Gurl: That River and that bridge area was subjected to a huge flood years ago probably mid 40s and lots of people lost their life trying to save homes or loved ones. Not sure if that feller could have been a victim but it would fit right along time that folks dressed that way to go fishing.
The Webster historical society could probably give you something concrete.
