There's a ghost on Pine Street. It's the ghost of a bum who died of exposure one very cold winter night in the 1930s. He's been seen walking up and down the street ever since he died. Best time to see him is around Christmas which was when he died, but all winter is high season for this.
He looks like a regular living person but if you look at him for long enough he will suddenly vanish right in front of your eyes. I was told by a friend that if you

see him you will have a bad year. I don't think that's right because I saw him once at Christmas three years ago and I ended up having a really good year.
