Comment by Kristy: I had a experience at a house in Waxhaw just off Hwy 75. It shook me to my core. I have never been able to forget it. I was just wondering if it was at the same house. I actually heard it scream my name. I get creeped out just riding by the house. By the way I wasn't the only one that heard it scream my name. We were in the drive way leaving, and everyone in the car heard it.

The old wooden walk bridge in Waxhaw is haunted. When you cross over the bridge you can sense a spirit pass right through your body if you are in tune with these things. I had heard of this phenomenon from someone but didn't believe it.

But I decided to check it out and it turned out to be 100% true.

Comment by Kittykat: I live 10 minutes from this area and have walked there many times. I recently went to a party and the bridge was just across the building so trying to escape the loud noise me and some family walked over to the bridge.
I hate that bridge. Every time I've walked up it I've felt dizzy, and sick (could be because it's so high up) but I always feel like I'm about to trip or pass out, but I don't think it's haunted.
