In the mountains west of town there was a murder back in the 1920s. The killer was not caught and the guy who was murdered kept appearing to people who went into the woods for years. After about 20 years after the murder he stopped showing up and became forgotten.
Now people have been seeing a man appear out of nowhere and disappear that matches his description. I think it's the same ghost that has come back for some reason.
