Just last night me and 3 of my friends were riding around Salem College, I have previously heard stories about the campus being haunted and high with spirits. We were driving and listening to music then all of a sudden we were riding on this dirt road, it seemed as if we all zoned out and didn't hear the music anymore. My friend in the back seat began to cry as I started to make a 3 point turn.
We were surrounded by old houses and what looked like a field, my friend in the passenger seat said that she felt cold hands touching her neck. As we scurried away everybody was still in shock, we had made it back to the WSSU campus, my friend went to her room in Wilson Hall and told her friends what happened, and one of her colleagues are actually enrolled in one of the NC ghost mystery classes.
What we had just experienced was a ghost sitting in one of the empty seats in my car, an old lady actually. It has been proven that only the driver can see her but anybody else in the car can hear or feel her, we will never go that way late at night again.
