Comment by Matthew: If anyone wants to know people experience all types of supernatural events related to the Battle of Aiken. Once a friend of my sister's went to see the annual reenactment there, she took some pictures of Union and Confederate soldiers including a picture of a horse that was to be ridden by an actor who was supposed to be Robert E. Lee, an ancestor of both my family and hers. To make a long story short when she had the pictures developed there was a black figure of a man's silhouette that looks eerily like Robert E. Lee. If you want to see the picture try contacting the Aiken Standard or Augusta Chronicle's archives. I bet it would be under the battle of Aiken. Others have taken pictures of other soldiers only to find that a second person in Civil War garb shows up. In lasts year's round people saw orbs, mists, apparitions, in one case a woman brought her 5 year old with her and her other children when the mom noticed that her child was waving to someone by a nearby tree; when the mother asked who she was waving to she replied by saying it was a boy with a drum. Her mom looked and even went to look and found no one to be found.

Comment by Bob: Seeing in how Robert E. Lee was not part of the battle of Aiken kind of makes this bs.

Never been a real deal believer in ghosts, don't rule it out exactly either.. I'm a tanker truck driver and always ride back on SC 125 and 3 back and forth from Savannah to North Augusta... Tonight I had an interesting experience; while driving early this morning around 2 am there was lots of fog...
