I live in an apartment complex in the vista not far from the congaree river. My fiancé and I are frequently kept awake by ''parties'' being held in our living room. There are a couple different parties - the one with the big band music and the clinking of champagne glasses must be a crossover prior to the existence of the complex.
The other party has 80's punk rock music and lots of loud conversation. We cleanse our home regularly and they have quieted down enough so we can sleep. However we still can't figure out who keeps turning the virgin Mary statue I have on my nightstand.

Believe me or don't... I am a very sane and credible state government employee and this is as real as it gets. Late one night last week I was driving east through forest acres on meadowood when my headlights illuminated a man walking toward me on the right shoulder of the road ahead.
He was wearing a light blue button down dress shirt (untucked) and light khaki or grey pants. As I approached and the lights picked up more of the image, I could clearly see that there was nothing above the shoulders.
