At the water tower by the train station there is an apparition of a man that shows up at dawn sometimes. Right in the area between the water tower and the train tracks. I saw him a few weeks ago for the first time.
I had heard people talking about him before so I knew what it was that I saw. Right after I saw him he disappeared.
