My friends and I were looking for haunted places, and we decided to check out Billy Goat Bridge. It was about 6 of us. We were in separate vehicles. Once we got there we got out and were walking around. We turned our flash lights off, and not even a couple minutes later we heard a woman scream. Next thing you know we were all trying to get in the car, and it would not open. Once it did, we were driving off. Our friends behind us felt something hit their truck, so we went off. It was right before the car got off the bridge we hit a deer. We had to service. We kept hearing stuff, so we just drove off, and it felt like it took forever to get back. There were so many deer. Be careful and don't drive fast. Go with friends not by yourself.

Anyone in Gaffney know about what was on the land next to the YMCA on Whelchel? I just moved here from up north. I live in the apartment complex, and it's most definitely haunted. My roommate's dog (who has never acted like this) constantly barks at corners of the room with his hair standing up. Not just that, but when I sit in the laundry room to do my wash I hear things moving (much too large to be an animal). When I check out the rest of the building there's nothing. I just wanted to know if anyone local knew the history of the plot of land. Thanks.

One night all my cousins and me loaded up in the car to go to Billy Goat Bridge in Gaffney, SC. We got to the bridge around 10. Well first we lost phone service, so no one could call no one. We turned the car off as well as the headlights, so it was completely dark. All of a sudden our car started rolling. We turned the car back on and got out. We ran back and forth up the bridge, and we heard a girl screaming for help. My cousins car door was trying to open when it was locked.
