This is a story that all of you may know if you live in Hilton Head Island. This is the ghost of The Blue Lady who is said to haunt the lighthouse in Leamington. This lighthouse is on the golf course near the longest bridge. Anyway, this was back in the 1900s when the land was filled with water. She was a light keeper. She was training to switch the lights. One day a massive storm hit that killed both her parents. She was forced to take care of the

lighthouse and change the light. A few weeks later she died of sickness. The doors in the lighthouse are locked now because of her spirit walking upon
|
the stairs. They say that if you go over there when the moon is shining bright, you will see her ragged clothes and her creepy face switching the light and fall from the top of the lighthouse. You also hear her say ''whoever enter shall die!'' You can see the light from her torch shine upon you.
