When I was twenty, my toddler and I moved into an apartment in Taylors, SC. My daughter would laugh while playing in her room alone for hours. I never really thought anything of it, until I sent her to my parents one night. After my mom and daughter left I got in the shower. While I was in the shower I heard a baby crying, so I turned the water off. The crying stopped. I turned the water back on, and the crying started again. Later that night my boyfriend

was over, and I mentioned the crying to him. He of course thought I was insane.
A few weeks later we were all sleeping, and my boyfriend woke me

because he heard our daughter crying. I got up and went into her room, and she was not in there. I went into the living room where I found her sleeping soundly on the couch. Meanwhile the baby was still crying! I went back to my bedroom and told my boyfriend to come with me. I showed him our daughter sleeping soundly in the living room. We moved out the following day.
