I know of a husband and wife who recently sold their house in West Columbia. The wife had been seeing ghosts there, and she refused to stay. One ghost was a man in a white shirt. I don't know if she kept seeing him or saw others too.

Question: I have been told that cemeteries are not usually haunted because spirits haunt the locations where they died or some location that is important to them. Any comments on this? The other night my husband and I drove through Celestial Memorial Gardens in West Columbia on Delree Street near the intersection with a restaurant called Nick's. These ''Memorial Gardens'' contain a few smaller cemeteries for various churches and communities. I heard odd sounds that were almost like faint screeching.

On the night of Monday 31, 2015 I was coming home from picking up my grandson from work at 11:00 pm. We were coming down old Dunnbar Road with an 18 wheeler coming towards us. Just as our headlights met a man wearing a black hoodie appeared on the yellow line between us.
As we passed he vanished, both me and my grandson saw it.

Comment by Skinner: Yea a guy was dumped out and there has been more than a few killed in wrecks on that Rd.
