I was driving to pick up my daughter from work in Mount Jackson, Virginia. I was coming down the switchbacks on 263 just before the Pines Check in building. On the left hand side where the guard rails run along the road I clearly saw what looked to be the build of a petite woman draped in a shawl or possibly a blanket. The reason that caught my eye was one that particular spot is literally a straight drop down, not a place for somebody could reach from the

other side climbing up and then try and sit down.
The second thing that was unsettling was that it was muted gray from top to bottom. It was as

if it almost blended in with the guardrail, but you could clearly see the outline of somebody sitting on the edge. After I picked up my daughter on the way home when we reached that stretch of road we both rolled down our windows. We put the brights on and looked to see if maybe I had mistaken a new sign or maybe advertisement, but there was nothing. I have no explanation I just know what I saw. .
