I was driving on Dickerson Mill Road one night, and I saw a Whisp about the size of a man riding on horseback crossing the road around 3.5 miles from where Dickerson Mill begins near Bedford. It passed through the vehicle I was driving, leaving me a little shaken, and my arms become very cold. It took my breath at the same time briefly. There is a small cemetery close to the roadway where it happened, and it happened around 8 p.m. on 10/24/2019.

I live on rt 460 near the Owens Farm, there is an old slave cemetery on our farm. I have experienced cold spots as well as have seen what looked like a young boy standing beside one of the trees where the remains of an old barn was.
I was out cutting fire wood and saw what looked like a dark figure of a person standing by one of the stone markers. This is an old grave yard, there aren't any names just field stone rings. Some at one time had plants beside them that aren't usually found growing in the woods .
I don't have any pictures to submit but I have had run ins with ghosts before . I used to work for the Maryland Park service at Point Lookout State Park. In the civil war it was the north's version of Andersonville prison .
