While stationed with SBT-22, we were conducting weapons training at one of the ranges on Ft. Pickett. At dusk we packed up the Suburbans with all the weapons and gear and slowly made our way back to the barracks along a winding and somewhat hilly dirt road. As we passed over the top of one of the hills and proceeded down the grade, I noticed a white glowing shape about a hundred yards ahead on the right side of the road. It was about five feet tall and

almost human like but cylindrical. It was floating about two feet above the grass and seemed to move like a pulse. I kept watching as we got closer wondering

what the hell I was looking at when suddenly it floated across the dirt road to the other side and stopped.
As soon as it stopped moving, it seemed to come open at the bottom. This white glow emptied out onto the grass like smoke and then disappeared completely. This happened when we were about twenty yards away from it. I thought ''ok, what the hell did I just see?'' and that no one would believe me when suddenly the driver, a well seasoned SEAL named
