I remember a story my mom told me about our time in the area. We lived in a house or maybe a trailer out on Snake Path Road. I was very small and don't remember the things that happened, but I do remember having a friend named George. I did everything with him and talked about him constantly.
There were all kinds of random innocent happenings that occurred in that home. Cabinets would open and shut. Things would go missing only to reappear in places

already searched; locks would unlock themselves. Once my mom heard the fridge open with milk sitting out on the counter. When my mom asked the owner of

the property about the history, it was mentioned that it was her home place and her brother George died in a house fire.
These are really the only details I know since my mother refuses to talk about it now. I do know that after we moved, I would cry to drive past the house to ''check on George,'' and when we moved states I cried because I couldn't check on him anymore, and he said he couldn't come with us. It's something I think about often.
