I lived in a trailer Park in Cana under the Blue Ridge Mountains. I had volunteered to babysit for a friend and it was a warm fall day. I was washing dishes when I checked on the children ( one cleaning her room and one watching a cartoon).
I heard a strange noise like metal falling apart and a loud motor and muffler. I thought gggg-lopy! I saw a car come around the neighbor's trailer and right in front of the trailer where I had the door open.

When I took 3 steps to see who it was and no car in sight no person no smell of the exhaust, nothing...

got back they said why do look so pale and act so funny. All I could do was point and my eyes watered and I said you're not going to believe me cause I don't ! I saw this car, ugly old time and sounded awful as I stepped over to the door ...
