I used to live in great bridge back in 2004 and almost every night I would sing/karaoke - and after listening back to one of my recordings I believe I actually captured someone talking to me, though I have no idea what they're saying.
It sounds somewhere between 3-4 words possibly and the voice is very high pitched kind of like a little girl. It spooked me so very badly I cried and hid under my covers until I fell asleep. Lol. I can laugh about

it today but that was seriously spooky.

Many years ago I pulled into a culdesac in a commercial area of Chesapeake very near Greenbrier Mall. I suspected that I had a flat tire and was inspecting it. It was about three in the afternoon but cloudy as if it might rain at any moment.
I was next to a creek a very old motel was nearby - the place has since been demolished. I was crouched next to my car on kind of a hill that led down into marsh. As I stood up I slipped and rolled down the hill catching myself before plunging into the water.
I was laughing at myself and regaining my feet when I saw a teenaged girl standing knee deep in the water. She was wearing blue jeans the cheap kind with an elastic-like look. She had a red coat. She was white brown hair.
