There was a drowning at the dam many years ago. The ghost of him can be seen sometimes right where the water from the dam hits the water below. He looks like he's struggling to stay afloat and then he sinks and doesn't come back up.
He's half transparent so you know it's not a real live person. He drowned decades ago but he can still be seen quite frequently. If you are one of the people who have seen him please share your experience with us and post what

I have seen him and I have heard of other's who have seen him so I know this is a real ghost.
