this experience. As did their neighbor a different night they left to go on a vacation. The neighbor thought someone was home because he saw a man standing in the upstairs window. This story may not be the scariest in the world, but it does send chills up my spine. My great grandfather bought the lots that are on Lafayette Avenue in Colonial Heights a very long time ago and have long since been sold to various families. I grew up at 21X Lafayette. Myself to 16 years old and my family knew that house had a powerful energy about it, but after we lost the house, we noticed that it was constantly being bought. Then not long after it was left by multiple families over and over with claims that it is haunted. I just want to say ''Yes, that is indeed true,'' and I know very well why and partially know by what.

I have seen this chief Indian at this exact sight also. It's another Indian who prays over the water where Swift Creek runs into the river. I have the feeling of great sadness and pain. They both looked at me and disappeared into a fog. What a sad feeling I had. I'm so glad I saw this, and I have tried to make sense of it all.
