I lived in a house on a Street called Dickewl I hope I am spelling it right. It is next door now to the back of a daycare playground. Whatever was haunting that house followed me and I would wake up screaming.
My mom would always check the attic and there was nothing there. One day when her and I came home from the store my brother was visiting my dad my curling iron was wrapped around my dolls head. My mom and I were scared.

After all the noises at night we packed up and moved . I wonder to this day if whoever lives there now how's any problems.

The city and area as a whole has a strange vibe. I grew up in the Heights, and I know its undercurrent of corruption and falsity. The quarry that is now filled in - when I was a teen that place had a magnetic pull, and I almost succumbed to its fatal call.
I lived on Charlotte Avenue, next door was my grandma. I could never sleep over there. At night she would usher me back home. It was a vague fear that made me run home each time. Her house had something ''wrong'' with it. My sister tells me that she is constantly privy to ghostly events, near Brander Bridge Road. She cannot even drive ten blocks from home without being afraid of the supernatural, but she refuses to talk about it.
