My family has been living on E. Virginia Avenue for as long as I can remember. I have seen a ghost of a man with a lantern in his hand walking the street at night more often than I can remember as well.
The strange thing is no one in my neighborhood claimed to see it. One summer night my relative who came to visit from out of town experience this too. He came out to smoke in the front yard at around midnight.
No one was out but him. Then he said

he saw an Orange light floating in the middle of the street. He kept looking, and it continued to move toward him. After about 5 seconds it just disappeared.

So far my grandparents, my relative who came to visited, and I (I'm in my early thirties) are the ones who have seen this light and the man.
