They continued exactly up to the point where we got off Route 666. Soo.... Believe me or not, we are going back tonight to see how things work out. Be forewarned, the bridges are in bad shape...Do not count on their stability. The first one is fine as far as parking a car on, but it does shake and it's scary just sitting there, but do not Park on the second one. That one has bad news written all over it. Plus, the first bridge, the railing is slim

to none, you could easily go over the edge, or under the railing if you slipped, so do not go out there if it's icy, and in any case, just stay away from

the railing.

Comment by Linda: The location of the bridges. In Forest, VA. (to West Manor, route 666) Go into the new Kroger parking lot. (Forest Road, near the Forest library and Forest Middle School) Drive to the other end right past the Forest post office within that shopping strip. When you get to the stop sign turn left to go over the first bridge. Go all the way to the end and see the West Manor Mansion and the third bridge.
Go over the third bridge to exit out the other end of the road. I grew up there in the mansion when it was called Brokenborough Farm. It was a beautiful place to grow up.
