I was on the Rappahannock River one afternoon fishing when I decided to start filming the eagles instead since they were catching all the fish. Needless to say they out fished me. While I was filming the eagles I saw something out of the left corner of my eye, it was a woman in white shorts and t-shirt, she was jogging.
When she passed by me I slowly looked the other way, I was checking her out. Well when I looked to my right she was gone.

It scared me so bad that I wouldn't talk about it until now and this happened to me over 15 years ago.

A little over a year ago I was driving home from work. The time was between 12:15 to 12:45 am. I was the only car on the road heading south on Rt1 past Lee's Park where there are no traffic lights. The night was very dark up ahead to my right it looked like a man standing on the side of the road.
As I got closer I could see he was wearing older clothes. He had on grayish blue pants tucked into his boots a matching jacket with what look like a dark color bag 1 strap going over his right shoulder strap goes across chest hug hip level on left side.
I just remember thinking this guy is going to walk out in front of me. I even had to hit my breaks thinking I was about to run him over.... Then he was gone. I thought was that a Civil War soldier? Then no couldn't be..
