At Glasgow Middle School I'm seeing a woman all in black standing in the hall after hours.

On the current bridge in Glasgow, there is what looks to be a teenage male wearing all black standing on the right hand side of the bridge (coming from Buena Vista, left hand side leaving Glasgow). It happens everyday when it starts to get dark.
He looks both ways and jumps off the bridge. My whole family has seen him, we were all in the car together the first time we saw him and screamed when he jumped. We've seen him numerous times since then.
