I haven't seen it myself, but several people coming to our house on Cadys Mill Road have seen the apparition of an elderly woman in a white nightgown standing beside the road at night. She appears uphill from the railroad tracks close to where the road meets RT 301.

About 6 years ago I lived in the Hanover crossing apartments off of 301. When we were living there in my apartment with my mother and dog an cat. One night we were getting ready for bed I called for my cat.I saw here in the living room that room was dark, but you could see the shadow of a cat so I just walked away thinking that she would come soon but when I got to my room my cat was lying next to mom the whole time she had never left the room....Then another time I was doing my homework on the computer my radio turned on and played very loud for no reason at all. My mom came in there to yell at me and I could not get it to stop so we just unplugged the radio and it finally stopped....One of my friends that lived in an apartment a few down from me; we were home alone for the night her mother went to her boyfriend's house. We were still awake really late just having a girls night.She lived on the second story with a balcony we were in her room and we saw a shadow at her door that there was someone on her balcony we cut her lights off and the figure moved to her mother's side.I walked to the hallway towards the bathroom she looked in her mother's room. It was still there I ran to the bathroom; she went to the kitchen got a knife and she came in there with me. We shut the door and it was not too long we saw a shadow walk on the other side of the door.We freaked out but we never heard something open or nothing. But shortly after that we heard the door at the bottom of the stairs open and close and we heard footsteps coming up the stairs. Then we heard her mother's voice she had just came in we walked out of the bathroom with the knife and all we told her mom what had happened, and we went to her mother's room and the door to the balcony was still shut and locked.So really then thought that the whole time it must have been a ghost.. Same ap,t me and her went out for the birthday to a club we had gotten ready in the bathroom all of us maybe like 4 or 5 of us.Well we all left together in the same car . Her mother drove us we got dropped off and her mother went to her boyfriend's and would be back to pick us up. Well when all of us got back to her house all the makeup that was in the bathroom on the counter was now on the laundry room doors and walks and all over the bathroom like someone had gotten mad and threw it everywhere.To this day we still do not know what really happened. I have to say that I think Hanover crossing apartments are haunted. .
