My mom saw a ghost at The Homestead in Hot Springs, VA while working in the kitchen. She said to have seen two men that seemed to have been employees too poking their heads out. She asked, ''Can I help you?'' but there was no answer. The next day she asked if anyone had seen the two men, but no one knew who she was talking about. Then in the ladies changing room, a little boy appeared when she was getting ready to leave. He ran away, and she followed

him to the hallway, but he slowly started fading. Overall The Homestead is a very nice hotel, and they have free wifi!!.

I also had an encounter at The Homestead with a spirit that I thought was a normal living being. Immediately after I learned that the creature I saw was invisible to everyone else.

There was a man that died of a heart attack while skiing and the ski slopes are haunted by his ghost. If you take a break along the slope you will sometimes feel a rush of cold air passing right through you.
