I work at a restaurant in Zions Cross Roads and there has been sightings of a dark male figure (maybe a shadow figure) and an older man. Spatulas lift up and fall on their own and we also have video footage from the security video and audio. The activity normally happen between 3 and 4:30 am.

I am such a frail woman these days that I'm not sure if this is a ghost sighting or if I'm going crazy. Today I was just watering my plants when I heard a sudden noise. I went back to my house to see what was going on, but I stopped dead in my tracks. There was a ghost of my childhood playmate! She smiled lovingly and said ''Martha, oh Martha, oh how I miss you dearly! Martha, oh Martha, my days are every dreary! So help little old woman! I thought we were friends!'' All while this was going on my friend (Samantha/Sammy) was transforming from a child to an old frail woman! It scared me out of my mind, so I got in my car and drove to my son's house. After that he said I had been foolish, and I was seeing things. I headed home, and this has been happening every day since.

Comment by Martha: I wouldn't be afraid. Sounds like your childhood friend is stuck between earth and heaven. Ghost can't hurt you physically. I would just ask her what she wants you to do for her.

I lived in a new house on the Trevilians Battle Field in a big open field. There is also an unmarked graveyard right beside our home. We had dozens of voices recorded and the Shenandoah Valley Paranormal Society had done an investigation and EVP. They have captured a figure walking through our door. At night sometimes I could hear cannon fire and screaming. The craziest thing that happened besides being grabbed by ankles (possibly a slave) was the night I heard a stampede in the house. I saw hoof prints on the carpet everywhere.
