My sister and I were traveling from New Jersey to Martinsville VA in June. We traveled on I-95 to Fairfax VA and then headed south on route 29. This is a four Lane highway with two lanes south and two lanes north and the highway is divided with a 30 foot wide grassy and sometimes tree-lined median.
After midnight we were near the town of Shipman driving toward Lovington and had just passed the Walton's mountain area. Since we had been on the road for a

while my sister was getting tired. She was driving in right Lane and was drifting into the left lane.
All of a sudden we heard a loud car horn and

saw lights from a car illuminate our car. My sister looked in her rearview mirror and saw the headlight of what appeared to be a black car which appeared to have been from the 1930's or 40's.
The car appeared only for a moment and when I turned around it was nowhere to be seen. It was quite eerie. There was no way the car could have come from the other direction or from a side road.
