In the day you might believe Moseley, Virginia is exactly the same as any other city, but if you are easily frightened, you'd better not come this area in the dark hours. Lots of spirit accounts have been reported by the residents. Some residents allege these tales are not true, but the spirits of Moseley are out tonight trying to locate a person to terrify.
