I can honestly say that this motel is haunted. My children and I found ourselves homeless several years ago. An organized religion funded the expenses for us staying there. We were thankful for the roof over our heads, no doubt. However, one night as we were all just falling asleep, one of my son's toy trains went off on its own. The thing about the train is that you had to press very hard on a small metal button, in order for it to make its sound. The
button was on top of the train.
The train was placed onto a flat surface (the table) with nothing touching it. The sound made us all jump in our
beds. I got up and looked at the train. Its red light was blinking, and it was making its horn and engine sounds. I picked it up and turned the lamp on. The button was not pressed in. This metal train was not a cheap old toy. It was well taken care of, so this really freaked me out. When it stopped, I threw it as far as I could from off the balcony. I realize Willow Springs TRAIN STATION is there also. Perhaps we have a haunting right here in Cheney
