This was from 1974-1976. I was 9-10 years old, and my parents bought a 15-acres farm in Rixeyville (I don't remember the address). The very elderly man who sold it to us said his wife died in the house, and he would see her spirit all the time. We had also heard local folklore that a Civil War soldier had been killed, and his body stuffed in the attic. When we moved in, it wasn't long before things started happening. I was seeing shadows, figures, ghosts,

and hearing voices, sounds, etc. Many were very menacing. My dad became very violent over those two years. He changed. He no longer played with us and

no longer liked being home. When he was home, he was always trying to murder my mother, literally and violently beating her, me and my little sister.
One time I was home alone, and something slammed into the side of the house as if a plane had crashed into it. It shook the two-story structure of our house. I went outside to see what had happened, and there was nothing. I went back in, and there was a crashing sound in my bedroom upstairs. I went up and found
