These occurrences happened in two apartments at Tinker Creek Manor. There was a double murder and botched robbery of two women. Both women were tortured and then murdered in the apartment. The woman who lived in the apartment was rumored to get a large amount of money from a court settlement. I worked security at Tinker Creek Manor, and during that time the apartment was being cleaned out and fixed up to be rented out again.
We were informed

by the neighbors that a light was going off and on in the upstairs room at night. I and another officer went to investigate, thinking that maintenance

was working late. We checked the doors and found the front door unlocked. At the time I considered myself a skeptic and did not think anything about ghosts. We entered the building, and I went upstairs to find a light on in the closet and the attic door pushed back. I cleared the attic and upstairs, and I turned off the light. We exited the building and locked up believing maintenance had forgotten to close up. A couple of hours later while doing rounds,
