I believe I've seen the ghost on mill mountain.. She had a scarf or something over her hair what looked like a winter coat and was carrying what looked like plastic grocery bags'' but this was almost half way up the moutian and was around 92-93'' I can't remember the time of night it was but I'm thinking around 9 or so..

Comment by Will: I saw a lady at the base of Mill Mountain that was in all black, Victorian dress, and had her face covered in something like looked like a cloth or even a fencing mask. It scared me to death.
