The ''story'' about Berkley's bottom in Vinton is completely a myth. There is no such story about the house in the curve up on the hill. I and some friends went up there one day and went back three days later at night.

We actually stayed the night there to see what would happen. Nothing. All we found were empty cans, sleeping bags, and hobos. There is nothing to be found in Berkley's bottom :).

My home was built in 1952 my family has been the only family that has lived in the home since my grandfather had it built. Me and my mother moved in to the home in 2007 it's right off Williamson Rd. We had our first snowfall and it was about 930 pm I went into the back yard and there were child size footprints.
