In Elk Garden right near Rosedale, VA me and my mother was almost at the Elk Garden Road. Then all of a sudden I saw something in the corner of my eye. Once I saw the strange figure my mother hollered and said Hannah look !! We had seen a man wearing a black hat and a black robe. His eyes were black and so my mom tried to hurry and get away from this creature. He started to follow us for 5 minutes. He was pretty fast. I kept on watching him for the longest

time and then in just a blink of an eye he was gone. Now we are terrified to return to Elk Garden road at 3:33 am.
