In my early twenties I witnesses a person/entity on Edgewood on my way home one night. It was raining out and this person was wearing a long white robe and had long white hair. Anyone else ever see/hear about such a person?.

We lived in Saltville near the Allisons gap/perryville area. My son saw a man in a Civil War uniform several times he also saw a Civil War soldier and a African American man in cart being pulled by a horse these things were so realistic to him that he actually thought he was seeing a re-enactment.

When he tried to draw my attention to it nothing was there. This actually terrified my son and we eventually had to move.
