I grew up in the mobile home park in Sandston on Field Dawn Lane. From a young age I remember always feeling as if someone was watching me, strange noises, or toys going off by themselves when no one was in the room. One night I recall being woken up to what sounded like a young girl yelling for help just outside my bedroom window. I got up and peeked through the curtains. Her voice was as clear as if she were standing right in front of me, but there was

no one there.
A few years later while in middle school, I woke up to find what appeared to be a woman standing in the doorway of my room with her

hand by the light switch. I wore glasses at the time, so what I saw was blurry, and I assumed it was my mother checking on me. I spoke to her, but she didn't respond. After asking ''mom! Mom is that you?'' I realized it wasn't her and immediately dove under the covers. I lay there shaking until I gathered the nerve to look back and see it was gone.
Weeks later I noticed my mother acting strangely. She would turn on lights when she'd go down the hall
