10/11/2020 my sister and I were driving down King Street around 7 pm. We were coming from 460 into Vinton. The roads were damp from an earlier rain therefore there was a bit of a glare on the darkness.
Standing on the right side of the road just beyond the open field stood a woman. She was facing away from us. As we passed I looked back and she was gone. There was nowhere for her to have gone. She was wearing a faded floral dress and had long brown hair.

I was walking past the old Roland E Cook School. Hearing a little cry I looked up at the school and saw a little girl go by the window on the second floor. The weird thing is the school is no longed used.

I believe it was a bad scare that night in Vinton, Virginia years ago from today when the blackghost spooked me very badly. It awoke me that this was a strange noise coming from outside the trailer window that night years ago that this the black ghost that was in the trailer window that night. Plus other strange things happened throughout the years ahead of me when I sighted the ''Wavy Black Ghost'' in 1973, and when I heard voices and sighted the strange up-side-down ''T'' tape in the window in Riverhead, New York in 1975 and when I heard the pecking noises outside in Flanders, New York in 1977.
