While visiting Williamsburg one evening with my family we stopped at the old courthouse to rest. I decided to take a picture of the family and had everyone sit todgether on the courthouse steps. Thought nothing of it until we had the pictures developed and they was a haze in the shape of a man from Colonial times sitting next to my husband.
Since the courthouse was closed and there was no one else around when the picture was take we were lost for a ''reason'' why the figure was there. The years have past and the picture is packed away with family photos but each time we walk through Williamsburg at night I look over at the courthouse steps and wonder if others have seen the ''mist'' on the courthouse steps.

When vacationing in Williamsburg when we ventured out to find something to eat. Was on the back roads in a lighting storm I saw a young girl in a dress standing on the side of the road. When we went back we saw nothing.
