If you go by the bridge in Parkway Apartments at around 11:30 pm, you will see a man in a hooded pitch black suit with dark looking red eyes. I advise you do not go there.

At a unit in the village of ********* apts. , I saw the ghost of a young woman. I walked out of the bathroom one day at dusk, (it was still light outside) and she was standing in the hallway. She was solid and I didn't realize she was not alive until she went through a wall - fast! I think she was shocked that I could see her.

She was dressed in a green izod sweater over a white shirt and blue jeans. She had medium length brown hair. Yes, she looked very preppy and not at all frightening. This happened so quickly that I didn't have time to be scared.
We had some strange things going on in the apartment like the bedroom door opening several times by itself in a few minuets time. She also enjoyed walking around on the walls if anyone is awake and watching TV late at night (2:00 am).
There have been several suicides and murders at that complex. I guess she was one of the William and Mary students that died there.
