Coming out of downtown Martinsburg along the train tracks headed towards Stonebridge there has been a man / ghost I've seen twice now. He is wearing something peachish off white. He has dark hair. I haven't seen his face and when I turned to look directly at it this time it vanished.
I saw him again tonight and one Saturday night earlier. The first time it startled me to the point I slammed on my breaks thinking someone was about to run into the road.

Both times I've checked in the rearview mirror after and no one has been there.

Comment by SLC: Growing up in Asia I've heard that seeing a ghost with clear face is a bad omen. It means the person will not live, so it is a good thing you didn't see a clear face!.
