My name is John. I resided in Weirton, West Virginia in 1974. In the spring of 1974 I was driving southbound on Route 2 along the Ohio River in New Cumberland with a friend of mine who was a passenger. Suddenly as I approached a bridge and railroad tracks, a ''man'' stepped out in front of my vehicle. He turned and looked directly at me as the hood of my car went through him. Then he disappeared! I actually saw the upper part of his body in the middle of my hood.

The lower part was inside the front of the car.
I can describe this man to this day and will include a photo of a man resembles this man. However,

his beard and hair were white, and he wore a ''brimmed'' hat. I will include a few photos of exactly where this occurred. Do you know of any other ghost experiences reported at or near this location? .

In New Cumberland there is this little road between the Ohio River and North Chester Street, where I liked to take a walk on when I lived there three years ago. I always felt a presence there, but it was not threatening.
