I do not doubt the story about see Hank Williams ghost. I think that folks see a lot of ghosts of celebrities but are afraid to mention it to anyone. A lot of people do not believe in ghosts and make fun of folks who do believe in them.
It's especially bad if the ghost is of someone famous like Hank Williams. Through the years I have noticed a lot of folks involved in any kind of law enforcement believes in spirits and ghosts due to murder cases they

have investigated.
Consider yourself lucky that you got to see Hank Williams dead or alive.

I was all ways told by my grandfather of country music singer Hank Williams sr. Dying in Oak Hill. One night when I was walking around the old pure oil gas station and the old tyree funeral home and just around that area I could not keep from hearing them old songs of his I could not make out was song of his it was but you could tell it was a Hank Williams song, and his voice was singing the song in a kind of echo sounding way thin all of a sudden I've seen this skinny man in a white suit and cowboy hat walking to me smoking a cigarette I could see him plain as day but you could tell he was a ghost and you could see his lips moving like he was singing and then the singing quit and he tipped his hat to me and he vanished this was about 3:30 in the morning no cars no nothing it was quiet in Oak Hill at this time.
He looked to be a very nice man I have been a big fan of his all my life old Hank is in Oak Hill west Virginia on a dead night around there you can hear that lonesome sounding voice of his.
