There was an old dump site on Leatherwood Rd. It was just up past Ed's Fork Road on the left side of the road. I was visiting my grandmother back in the 80s. I met up with some local girls, and we went up to the dump to smoke some cigarettes. As we were sitting around one girl said she knew a ghost story about this dump area.
As she told it, we heard something, and I mean some trees snapped in half. It was like they were moving toward us. Then as

if on queue, things in the dump started fling up as if a path was being cleared towards us. We ran screaming out of the woods just as my dad and uncle

were driving by. They stopped and picked us up. We never went back there or spoke of it again. Submitted by Texas

I lived on East Meadows, and my dad told me that the place where we lived got burned down. I believed him because the night before that I saw a ghost. This is how it started. I was going to get me something to eat because I left the kitchen light on, so I opened up my bedroom door then I saw a shadow of a woman on the wall. Then she started to run after me, so I closed the door, but she was messing with the door handle. Then everything got quiet. I peeked my head out of my door, then she did it six more times. Then she stopped. Everyone in my house was asleep, and so no one heard it, but I'm still followed by a ghost today. . Submitted by Jeffrey
