I grew up in Athens, Alabama on Schilling Street. We moved there in the early 1990s. My whole family had experienced some strange events that happened in our house, but I'm going to share mine. Although there are many this one stands out in particular.
I always had trouble sleeping. In fact I'd get really in trouble by it. I shared a room with my sister at the time. She is my younger sister, and she slept on the top bunk of the bunk bed. We used

to spend the night at our grandparents' place, and often we would bring home one of my grandmother's nightgowns, so it was not uncommon for us to be wearing

my grandmother's garments to bed. This not in particular though I remember being awoken suddenly. It had to have been between 3:00 and 5:00 in the morning.
As I arose startled, I looked around the room and saw nothing. The dogs that I had at the time were both in bed with me. I pet them then proceeded to lie back down. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I heard someone placed their hand on the door, so my eyes opened up again. I saw what I thought to be my
