I lived on Kirk Road in Beaverton in 1991. One night I came home from work, and our little dog always came up to greet me when I would arrive on my motorcycle, but that night she stood back away and would growl at me but would not come close. I thought it was odd at the time but didn't give it any more thought.
Later that night as I was sleeping, the sound of the front screen door slamming shut startled me awake. I felt the front porch vibrate as it always did when

someone walked across it. I whispered to my wife, ''Did you hear that?'' She responded, ''Yes,'' in a very quiet tone. I jumped out of bed, grabbed my

rifle, and raced to the living room to find the front door and screen door locked!
I told my wife that at the time I woke up I was dreaming that her grandfather had come to visit us and he had asked if he could stay with us. I told him no, and I don't remember giving him a reason, just no. At that time I woke up to the sound of the door being slammed. Not long after that my daughter was home alone, and suddenly she felt the presence of someone in
