I was coming out of the parking lot of the hospital when I believe I saw a man in a green patient looking like dress on the corner of the street by the big tree. I stopped to look because it was around 11 pm. My girlfriend works late night shift there, and she often tells me there were ghosts at and around the hospital area. I saw the man's face, but it was so blurry. It was as if he was not really there, but he was there since I could actually see him.

It was only about a couple of seconds after I saw him until I had to make a turn since there was a car behind me. I looked again, and the man was gone.
