I used to live on cross Street here in Huntsville. The house I lived in in the 70's and early 80's had several spirits and ghosts in the house including a baby. And a Union soldier in the back yard behind the bedroom I had.
On a raining night you can look out my bedroom window and see the soldier standing besides the well. He was around 19 or 20. Blond eyes, brown hair, and he would be smiling. All of a sudden you will see a deep red spot in the middle of his shirt and he would put his hands on his chest and then slowly reach out to you for help.

You can see his gun fall to the ground and slowly fade away.

I grew up blocks away from Archer park, I remember in the 70's one on our class mates died in a car accident and he was with his brother from our neighborhood. This was in 1978-79.
