I was lying in bed. It was around 11 to 12 am. I was fast asleep when I woke up with a sharp pain in my hips. I looked over, and I saw a woman with pale skin, black eyes, and black messy but straight hair with a few spots on her head. She had no hair. She looked mean but frightened herself. She screamed ''don't do it''. In just a few seconds she vanished. She just left in thin hair. I couldn't sleep well the rest of the night. I never been so scared.

I live with my fiancé and his 5 kids in Excel Alabama. We live in a 2 story house with a lot of history. I have currently been living here with them for about 4 months. I have lived several other places here in Monroeville Alabama and seen many paranormal things...
But this one still gives me chills. Since the age of 11 I have been experiencing the same night terrors, seeing the same black figure and experiencing the same terrifying things. One night my step daughter Michelle and I were sitting outside waiting for my cousin, one of my other step daughters, and one of her little friends to get back from a night time 4 wheeler ride.
Earlier that day all of us had been riding and we happened to come across a single grave back in the woods. We saw it, turned around and left. Well while we were waiting our turn for our night time ride we saw a black figure walk from the edge of our trees to our backyard.
